Northwest String Summit

There is a reason we chose to announce today, March 4th. We are very proud to announce that Portland’s own internationally acclaimed MarchFourth! Marching Band will be with us this year, providing an over-the-top experience and spectacle of more than 20 highly talented musicians, stilt walkers, hoopers, and Vaudeville-style dancers that will no doubt “pop up” all weekend long – including leading the Kid’s Parade in an unforgettable precession on Saturday afternoon!

The amazingly gifted Della Mae will make their debut at NWSS. Larry & Jenny Keel are coming back with a very unique and groovy set that will be announced very soon! Our local brother Scott Law is bringing a new idea to the event that will leave you howlin’ at the moon!  PNW musical forces such as World’s Finest and The Lil’ Smokies will return, and back by popular demand, we’ve got the NWSS-born, all female supergroup Sideboob feat.
